You'll design, implement, and maintain security solutions that safeguard one of Australia's most advanced healthcare environments.In this role, you'll work closely with the Cyber Security Manager and broader ICT team to strengthen system defences, ensure compliance with Australian standards, and support the day-to-day operations of Serco's security framework.
Your work will directly support the delivery of safe, reliable, and secure digital services that enable high-quality patient care.As a Cyber Security Engineer, you'll make a positive impact by:Implementing and managing advanced security systems such as firewalls, SIEM, endpoint protection, vulnerability management solution and proxiesIntegrating and maintaining security tools across on-premises and cloud platformsIdentifying and implementing changes to optimise the incumbent security solutions to maximise the value of these investmentsEnsuring compliance with ACSC Essential 8, ASD ISM,
