We are seeking Behaviour Support Practitioners to join a team committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred behaviour support under the NDIS.
This role suits practitioners who are confident in functional behaviour analysis (FBA), thoughtful in their approach, and motivated to make a genuine difference in the lives of people with disability.
Positions are available at Proficient level or above, with full-time, part-time, and casual roles available depending on your availability and registration level.
Key responsibilities include:
Conducting or contributing to Functional Behaviour Analysis (FBA)
Developing or assisting with Interim and Comprehensive Behaviour Support Plans
Delivering practical, strengths-based strategies in collaboration with participants and teams
Coaching support workers and families in person-centred implementation
Supporting the reduction of restrictive practices through proactive planning
Maintaining high-quality documentation and outcome monitoring
Participating in regular supervision and reflective practice
Supervising Core practitioners and assisting in professional development
To be successful in this role, you will have:
NDIS Commission approval as a Proficient or above Behaviour Support Practitioner
A relevant qualification in Allied Health,
Psychology, Social Work, Education, or Human Services (AQF Level 7 minimum) .
At least 2 years experience supporting people with disability or complex needs (desirable)
Strong understanding of Functional Behaviour Analysis and person-centred principles
A current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Police Clearance, and Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
A valid driver's licence and access to reliable transport
Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills
