About youWe're looking for a confident and experienced supervisor who can lead teams, coordinate resources and deliver quality outcomes.
You will have:
Demonstrated supervisory experience in asbestos, sheetmetal, construction or maintenance
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate, mentor and support your team
The ability to effectively coordinate labour, equipment and materials
A strong commitment to safety, quality and productivity
A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement The ability to build positive working relationships with clients, employees and stakeholders Local Gladstone residency or a genuine willingness to relocate




Key responsibilities Lead and support your team to deliver safe, efficient and productive project outcomes
Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work is completed to the required standards Coordinate labour, equipment, materials and resources Monitor project costs and assist in maintaining budgets Develop clear and accurate scopes of work Support the successful delivery of projects from planning through to completion Ensure compliance with WHS policies, procedures and relevant legislation Liaise with clients and key stakeholders to maintain solid working relationships Identify opportunities for improvement and drive better project outcomes Promote and maintain Aestec's Zero Harm culture
What we're looking for Relevant Trade Certificate – highly desirable, or strong demonstrated industry experience
3–5 years' experience in a supervisory role within construction, maintenance, asbestos, sheetmetal or a related industry Strong understanding of project delivery and workforce coordination
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Strong communication, organisation and leadership skills A genuine commitment to safety and continuous improvement
