years' experience in a similar role or above Strong knowledge of child development and theories relating to children's learning Demonstrated ability to develop, implement and evaluate high-quality educational programs in line with EYLF, NQS, MTOP, and relevant regulations Experience contributing to Assessment and Rating processes at Meeting or Exceeding level Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and support a team Demonstrated commitment to advocating for children's rights and role modelling positive relationships with children Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing high-quality care Ability to work respectfully within a culturally diverse environment You will be supported by an experienced team and leadership group who are committed to your growth and success.
