Our client is seeking Enrolled Nurses (ENs) to join their team and deliver high-quality, compassionate care to the people they support.

Duties & Responsibilities: Adhere to positive behaviour support plans & implementing documented strategies to best support positive outcomes for the participant.
Assist with high intensity support needs: diabetes management and sub-cut injections.
Deescalate and provide mental health support and manage & provide a safe & calm environment.
Attend to personal cares, catheter flushes, medication administration and relevant high-intensity support requirements.
Support participants with daily supports including light domestic tasks, transport, meal preparation, companionship.
Approach complex situations with calm, compassion, and professionalism—your presence can be a powerful source of reassurance.
Use encouragement and motivation to support participants to independence and other personal goals.
Work closely with your fellow team members to create a smooth, stable, and positive service workplace as a team player.

Complete required documentation, including shift notes,



incident reports and data collections via in-house support charts, and contribute to the development, modification & evaluation of Participant Care Plans.
Build strong rapport with participants and stakeholders.
Attend to medical emergencies & provide first aid as required.
Have a positive can-do attitude, with the ability to focus on a holistic approach to support, encompassing a wellbeing and clinical lens within your support framework.
What You'll Bring Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse with no restrictions (ENs) Relevant nursing qualifications for EN roles Work a rotating roster with a willingness to work night duty (if required) including inactive and active sleepovers Lived or worked experience supporting participants with complex health, mental health and positive behaviour support plan implementation A minimum of 6-12 months of experience supporting participants with complex health and mental health needs Excellent technological, communication and time management skills Valid First Aid and CPR certificate at the time of application Relevant compliance checks, including valid NDIS Worker Screening Check & Blue Card at the time of application Valid driver's license and have own vehicle What does our client offer?
