As we prepare to open our brand-new purpose-built centre in Morley we are seeking passionate educators to join our founding team and help create something special from day one.
Positions VacantFull-Time Positions (37.5 hours per week)
2 x Diploma Qualified Educators
Minimum 2 years' experience in an Early Childhood Education and Care setting
1 x Diploma Qualified Educator
Newly qualified applicants encouraged to apply
1 x Certificate III Trainee Educator
Opportunity to learn and grow within a supportive team
Part time Position
1 x Diploma Qualified Educator (Split Shift)
6 hours per day, Monday to Friday
About YouYou are passionate about children's learning and wellbeing and committed to delivering high-quality education and care.
You will:
Hold (or be working towards) a relevant ACECQA-approved qualification
Hold a current Working With Children Check
Hold current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications (or be willing to obtain)




Demonstrate knowledge of the Education and Care Services National Law, National Regulations, and the National Quality Framework (NQF)
Have completed all the required Mandatory Child Safety Training
Understand child-led, play-based learning and intentional teaching practices
Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
Be committed to continuous improvement and skilled growth
Your RoleAs a Sonas Educator, you will:
Create engaging learning experiences that reflect children's interests, strengths and development
Contribute to protected, nurturing and inspiring indoor and outdoor environments
Support children's learning in accordance with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
Participate in quality improvement processes and regulatory compliance
Work collaboratively as part of a positive and supportive team culture
Uphold the rights, safety and wellbeing of all children
