!Reporting to the Service and Warranty Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Managing and coordinating customer service and warranty requests
Supporting Service & Warranty Inspectors with administration and scheduling
Monitoring and responding to customer enquiries via phone and email
Liaising with trades, suppliers, contractors and internal stakeholders
Tracking jobs through to completion and ensuring timely follow-up
Reviewing and processing supplier invoices
Resolving customer concerns professionally and efficiently; and
Building strong relationships while delivering an exceptional customer experience

The successful candidate will have:
You may have experience in customer service, administration, construction, real estate, insurance, retail management, hospitality, call centres, or a similar environment
A passion for delivering outstanding customer service
Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help people
Excellent organisation and time management skills
The ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Great problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Confidence using computer systems and learning new technology
A positive, team-focused attitude; and
The ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
