Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in person.
Process customer orders, quotes, and inquiries efficiently and accurately.
Support external sales team with detailed quotes, and account coordination
Develop and maintain robust relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Assist with inventory management, including stock control and replenishment.
Skills and Experience Required:
Proven expertise in hydraulic hoses and fittings,



with strong product knowledge is desirable.
Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with excellent organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively within a team
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
