The role acts as the primary liaison between the workshop and customers, ensuring jobs are scheduled, priced, and invoiced efficiently to meet customer expectations.The ideal candidate will excel in customer service, have strong problem-solving and communication skills, and bring ability to manage multiple priorities in a hydraulic/engineering setting.
