Treatment Coordinator

We're looking for someone who is friendly, confident and great with people, someone who can build rapport quickly, communicate clearly and make people feel at ease.
Dental experience is highly advantageous, but not essential.
If you've developed strong people and communication skills through sales, customer service, administration, hospitality or another people-focused role, we'd love to hear from you.
Bring your experience - we'll teach you the orthodontics.
As an Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator, you'll manage and follow up new enquiries, helping turn interest into action while working towards your KPIs.
You'll work alongside our specialist orthodontist to help patients and families understand their treatment options, talk through treatment, fees and payment plans, answer questions and make sure patients feel informed and confident about moving forward.

Build genuine relationships with patients and parents
Explain treatment options and next steps
Discuss fees and payment options
Follow up enquiries and patients considering treatment
Work closely with our specialist orthodontists and team
Track KPIs and work towards performance goals
