Job DescriptionL and J Arnott Investments Pty Ltd Power Clean NT is looking for a commercial cleaner to be responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene across various commercial and industrial sites.
This role is full time (38 Hours per week) and requires attention to detail, the ability to follow company procedures, and a commitment to workplace safety and customer satisfaction.
Benefits Task & responsibilities Perform general cleaning duties including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and waste removal.
Clean and sanitise restrooms, kitchens, office spaces, and common areas.
Conduct detailed cleaning tasks such as window washing, pressure cleaning, and floor care as required.
Ensure all cleaning equipment and materials are used safely and maintained properly.
Follow site-specific procedures and checklists to ensure compliance with client and company standards.
Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or incidents to the supervisor.
Adhere to workplace health and safety (WHS) policies and procedures.
Conduct risk assessments where applicable.




Always maintain professional conduct and presentation while on-site.
Qualification & experience 1-2 years relevant commercial cleaning experience.
Current driver licence (minimum C class).
Current First Aid certificate.
White Card (Construction Induction Card) desirable.
Ability to obtain a national police clearance.
