About the Role: A hands-on role managing the day-to-day operations of Gold Class.
The role requires the efficient delivery of food and beverage through superior guest service.Key AccountabilitiesMonitor and enhance guest service activities of the locationOperation of kitchen and bar facilities and service counter areasMaintain adequate levels of stock, including ordering of stock.Receipt of goods; liaise with suppliers on quality issuesEnsure Gold Class presentation is to company standardImplementation and maintenance of food and beverage systemsProvide a safe work environment by ensuring all team members have knowledge of safetyequipment and emergency procedures and by facilitating safe work behaviorsEnsure all equipment and log books are updatedEnsure the correct implementation of core range, promotions, new product lines and initiatives,



as directed by National F&B; Operations Manager/ General ManagerEnsure practices relating to responsible service of alcohol are adhered toHouse policy is followedEnsure Gold Class is open/closed according to procedures and on timeEnsure that the areas surrounding Gold Class and the Gold Class lounge are clean and tidy at alltimes and supervise and/or conduct regular checks of these areasEnsure that all equipment in Gold Class is operating effectively, is clean and presentable, and serviced as per requirementsTrain and Motivate Team MembersProvide leadership to team members.
Give explicit directions and instructions to staff on shift to maintainsmooth running of Gold ClassEnsure all teams product knowledge is to an acceptable level.Acknowledge and reward good performance and nurture career development of staff by conducting regularperformance appraisals in conjunction with General Manager.Assist in meeting revenue and expense budgets for location for Gold ClassMaximise sales through process and product knowledgeAssist in maximising revenue and yield per patron in Gold ClassEnsure accurate, efficient cash handling and audit procedures are carried outMaintain COGS at appropriate level as indicated by the companyComplete Stocktakes, Analyse and Solve All Stock Related IssuesTracking and analysis of wastage and ullageEnsure Team Members are Customer ObsessedComplete all duties as per standard operating procedures.Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene through diligent cleaning practices throughout the cinema complex.
