About the Role
/n
We're looking for an experienced Civil Pit & Pipe Operator to join our field team on telecommunications and civil infrastructure work based in Toowoomba and across the Darling Downs. This is a practical, on-the-tools role for someone who knows pit and pipe, works safely and takes pride in a tidy, properly finished job.

What You'll Be Doing
/n
/n
- Installing pits, pipes and conduit for telecommunications and civil infrastructure projects
/n
- Operating plant and equipment within your tickets, training and competency
/n
- Supporting daily site set-up, safe excavation and reinstatement work
/n
- Reading site plans and working closely with the supervisor and crew
/n
- Keeping equipment, work areas and documentation to a high standard
/n
- Delivering reliable work safely, on time and without avoidable rework
/n/n
What We're Looking For
/n
You must have:
/n
/n
- White Card and relevant construction experience
/n
- A practical, safety-first approach and pride in doing the job properly
/n/n
It'd be great if you have:
/n
/n
- Excavator experience and current VOCs
/n
- Local knowledge of Toowoomba and the Darling Downs
/n/n
You're an experienced operator who is comfortable on a civil site and knows what positive pit-and-pipe work looks like. You turn up, communicate clearly and get stuck in with the crew. You care about safety, finish and looking after the gear — no drama, just solid work every day.
