Duties:

/n

This role will see you working alongside the Director, 3 Agents and an Associate, where you will be providing crucial support in all areas of the sales process - from Listing support to Settlement support.

/n

You will receive one‐on‐one training for at least 2 months, and your day‐to‐day will include:

/n

/n

- Support the sales team with day-to-day administration

/n

- Compile listings, OFI & auction kits / collateral

/n

- Upload and update listings, social content and marketing materials

/n

- Follow checklists and maintain sales folder compliance

/n

- Liaise with solicitors,



vendors, buyers and third parties

/n/n

Specific requirements:

/n

Our client is very open on experience and background, but you will be able to demonstrate that you have the following:

/n

/n

- Solid administrative ability and good attention to detail

/n

- A current Real Estate License or Certificate (or willing to get it)

/n

- A car and a driver's licence

/n
