What You'll Be Doing
/n
Managing day-to-day accounts receivable duties with varying terms
/n
Processing customer payments, receipts and banking
/n
Preparing and issuing invoices and account documentation
/n
Assisting with customer account reconciliations and financial record keeping
/n
Following up outstanding accounts professionally and efficiently
/n
Maintaining accurate customer and contractor information
/n
Preparing, updating and managing spreadsheets
/n
Responding to internal and external account enquiries
/n
Providing general office and administrative support
/n
Maintaining confidentiality and accuracy across all financial information
/n
What You Bring to the Team
/n
/n
- Proven experience in an accounts or finance administration role (Certificate in Accounting preferred)
/n
- Sound knowledge of accounts receivable and day-to-day banking
/n
- Robust attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
/n
- Confidence using Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word
/n
- Excellent spreadsheet, data entry and record-management skills
/n
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities
/n
- Professional communication and customer service skills
/n
- The ability to work efficiently, independently and as part of a team
/n
- A proactive, reliable and adaptable approach
