Warehouse Operator (Forklift License Required | Warehouse Admin & Bookings)

Overview

As a Warehouse Operator, you’ll play a key part in day-to-day warehouse flow—handling computer-based bookings and documentation, supporting warehouse administration (including SAP), and stepping in on the floor as needed. Required Skills

- Valid forklift licence
- Experience working in a warehouse environment with a robust focus on safety and efficiency
- Confidence usingcomputer systems for bookings, documentation and general admin tasks
- Experience withwarehouse management systems (e.g.,SAP )
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks in a high-volume setting
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and paperwork





Nice to Have Skills

- Previous experience inlogistics coordination or warehouse administration
- Additional exposure toERP/WMS platforms (beyond SAP)
- Strong teamwork skills and clear communication across warehouse and admin functions

Preferred Education and Experience

- Prior experience in awarehouse operator / storeperson / warehouse administrator role
- Solid working knowledge of warehouse processes, inventory flow, and dispatch/receiving documentation

Other Requirements

- Ability to perform a role that ismostly computer-based (bookings, SAP, warehouse administration), with flexibility to support general storeperson duties as needed
- Reliable attendance and capability to work in a busy operational environment
