You'll become an integral member of the site leadership team, providing high-level administrative support and helping ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of a busy manufacturing site.
About the Role
Reporting to the Manufacturing Centre Manager, you'll be responsible for delivering professional administrative support across the site while coordinating office operations, travel, visitors and key business activities.
This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys working in a rapid-paced environment, takes pride in being highly organised and can confidently manage multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Manufacturing Centre Manager and site leadership team.
- Coordinate daily office operations and maintain office systems and procedures.
- Manage office supplies and liaise with site security contractors.
- Coordinate domestic travel, accommodation, calendars and expense management.
- Organise meetings, prepare agendas and assist with site events.
- Coordinate internal and external site visitors, including preparing visitor plans.
- Assist with monthly reporting and administration for the Manufacturing Centre.
- Maintain a professional, confidential and efficient office environment.
About You
We're looking for someone who is proactive, organised and enjoys supporting a busy leadership team.
To be successful, you will have:
- Previous experience in Office Administration, Executive Assistant or Business Administration.
- At least 5 years' experience providing administrative support within a corporate or industrial environment.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong computer literacy with SAP experience highly regarded.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Outstanding organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- The ability to work independently while contributing positively within a team.
- A high level of professionalism and the ability to handle confidential information.
- The ability to obtain a Queensland Explosives Security Clearance/Licence.
