Job Description

The role:

Cater Care seeks to appoint an enthusiastic Permanent Part time Chef at one of our key aged care sites in Red Hill , ACT.

Responsibilities:

- Preparing & presenting food for our residents
- Support bulk cooking operations
- Maintaining a clean working setting
- Adherence to food & general safety practices
- Preparing and presenting texture-modified foods

Roster:

Friday 6:00am to 2:30pm

Saturday 8:00am to 6:00pm

Sunday 8:00am to 6:00pm

Desired Skills and Experience

Your background:





- Trade qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
- A Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Ability to work independently and as part of the team
- Exceptional presentation, communication, time management & attention to detail
