Bestbar Reinforcements was founded in 1995 by the Johnston family and has grown to over 400 people across Australia today. With a strong belief in 'family culture,' we are here to manufacture and deliver reinforcement steel for cities, homes, spaces, and communities around Australia.

Responsibilities

- Grow sales within the existing customer base
- Grow Customer base through cold calling
- Monitor and action sales inbox
- Follow up Estimates & Quotes in a timely manner
- Provide administrative support to Account Managers
- Attend to customer walk-in requests
- Effectively communicate with out departments, as required
- Build sound relationships with internal and external stake holders
- Efficiently time manage
- Promptly attend to all enquiries, complaints, orders, sales related calls and walk-ins
- Action all credits accurately and timely
- Provide quotes and estimates for cash sales and account clients
- Process and enter all orders accordingly
- Maintain call cycles for allocated customers
- Complete, monitor and maintain all relatable documentation
- Uphold an excellent understanding of product knowledge
- Exceed KPI driven targets (based on tonnage and volume)





All other duties as directed by your manager and/or Bestbar Management Team

Who we are looking for

- Prior experience in a Sales Customer Service position
- Mathematically minded
- Exceptional interpersonal attributes and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Confident in Administration duties
- Sound complete IT skills (Microsoft Suite)
