Peninsula Health's Pharmacotherapy Clinic seeks a Pharmacotherapy Nurse to deliver high-quality, person-centred care to people accessing opioid pharmacotherapy and link them with AOD services. You will work within a multidisciplinary team, perform nursing assessments, take histories, support harm reduction, and promote coordinated, evidence-based care.
