UnitingCare Queensland is seeking a Supported Living Facilitator to assist people with disabilities in Chermside West, delivering person-centred supports under the FaDS team. The role is permanent part time and involves varied hours to meet clients’ needs.

You will work within a day service environment, building life skills, promoting independence and community participation while respecting autonomy and dignity. A flexible, compassionate approach is essential.
