About the Role

Reporting to the Group Marketing Director, you'll play a key role in delivering strategic marketing initiatives across the broader group. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you'll balance strategic planning with hands-on execution, driving digital marketing initiatives, supporting brand and thought leadership, and helping establish best practice across a growing marketing function.

Key responsibilities include:

- Delivering integrated marketing campaigns across multiple business units.
- Leading the redevelopment and ongoing optimisation of the corporate website.
- Developing and executing digital advertising and lead generation campaigns.
- Managing campaign budgets, reporting and performance optimisation.
- Creating thought leadership,



content and executive communications.
- Managing external agencies across digital, creative and web development.
- Supporting the continued development of marketing processes and governance.

About You

You'll be a mid-senior levelmarketer who enjoys working in a dynamic, evolving workplace where you can influence outcomes and build capability. Comfortable operating at both a strategic and execution level, you'll be confident managing complex projects, working with senior stakeholders and taking ownership in a business that values initiative and accountability.

To be successful you'll bring:

- Ideally bring experience within financial services, ideally asset or wealth management, otherwise other B2B service based industries.
- Strong digital marketing and lead generation experience across paid and organic channels.
- Experience managing website redevelopment or digital transformation projects.
- Excellent content, copywriting and editing skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capability.
- Experience managing campaign budgets and external agency partners.
- A proactive, resilient approach and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
