Professional Summary

We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft CRM Consultant in Sydney. The role will involve implementing, customising, integrating, enhancing, and supporting PeopleSoft CRM applications while working closely with business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyse business requirements and translate them into PeopleSoft CRM solutions.
- Configure, customise, develop, and support PeopleSoft CRM applications.
- Develop and maintain PeopleCode, Application Engine, Application Designer, Component Interfaces, SQR, and PeopleTools components.
- Design and support integrations using Integration Broker, REST/SOAP APIs, web services, XML/JSON.
- Perform enhancements, upgrades, testing, troubleshooting, and production support.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to improve CRM processes.




- Prepare technical documentation and support knowledge-transfer activities.

Required Skills & Experience

- 7+ years of PeopleSoft experience, with strong hands-on experience in PeopleSoft CRM.
- Experience with PeopleSoft CRM 9.2 and PeopleTools.
- Robust expertise in PeopleCode, Application Engine, Application Designer, SQR, SQL, and Integration Broker.
- Experience with Oracle databases, APIs, web services, and enterprise integrations.
- Experience in large-scale implementation, transformation, upgrade, or production support projects.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.

Preferred

- Experience with PeopleSoft FSCM and/or HCM.
- Exposure to cloud migration or PeopleSoft modernisation.
- Experience in banking, financial services, healthcare, education, or government sectors.
