Cricket Tasmania is seeking an experienced batting coach to lead its elite male programs for the Tasmanian Tigers and Hobart Hurricanes. The role may be combined or split into specialist positions, depending on experience, and involves developing batting talent across red-ball, 50-over and T20 formats.
Successful candidates will design development plans, measure progression and motivate players through a people-first coaching philosophy.
