I’m currently recruiting an experienced Finishes Foreman to join a reputable builder-developer, overseeing on a high-rise apartment project in North Brisbane .

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day residential project delivery alongside the Site Manager.
- Coordinate planning, quality control and site productivity.
- Enforce site safety requirements and procedures.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with building codes and standards.

Requirements

- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Site Supervisor/Foreman delivering high-rise apartment or mixed-use developments valued between $20M–$40M
- Carpentry trade background
- QBCC Builders Open licence (supervisor) is a must
- Proficient with construction management and compliance software
