Your next career prospect

You will support students to meet clinical placement compliance requirements, ensuring they are ready for safe practice in diverse health settings. You will manage complex pre-placement checks, guide students through requirements, and contribute to continuous improvement of Work Integrated Learning services across the Faculty of Medicine, Dentistry and Health Sciences.

What you will deliver:

- Process clinical placement compliance checks, including police, Working with Children and immunisation requirements.
- Provide timely, accurate advice to students and staff through OneCRM, email, phone and in-person channels.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of Work Integrated Learning processes, resources, workshops and information sessions.
- Support administration and enquiry management for the Faculty’s fit testing grant program and related documentation.
- Uphold service standards, reporting requirements and quality assurance obligations within the University’s risk management framework.

You may be a great fit if you:

- Hold an undergraduate qualification in a relevant discipline, or possess equivalent experience in higher education.
- Demonstrate strong organisational and time management skills,



delivering accurate work to competing deadlines.
- Bring proven experience in client-focused service environments, supporting diverse stakeholders with complex needs.
- Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, influencing outcomes through clear communication.
- Use Microsoft Office applications confidently, and quickly learn new systems such as CRM or student systems.
- Work collaboratively and independently, adapting to changing demands within a busy education services environment.

Your new team

You will join the Education Services portfolio in the Faculty of Medicine, Dentistry and Health Sciences, working within the Experiential Learning Work Integrated Learning and compliance team. The team supports safe, high-quality clinical placements by managing pre-placement compliance and coordinating key initiatives such as the fit testing grant program. You will collaborate with colleagues across schools and departments who are dedicated to outstanding student experiences and improving health outcomes for communities.
