Health Partners in Adelaide is seeking a dedicated customer service representative to support our 95,000+ members across channels. You will provide information on our products and services, process membership payments, and aim for first contact resolution with every query.
The role operates on a 75-hour fortnight with a rotating roster from 8am–8pm, Monday to Friday, plus Saturday mornings. Evening and Saturday shifts can be worked from home, with primary base in the Adelaide CBD.
