Arafmi Ltd is recruiting a Carer Support Facilitator to work in the Carer Gateway Program across Cairns or Townsville. You will directly engage mental health carers, support wellbeing, navigate services, and deliver tailored coaching and education sessions.
The role involves registrations, needs assessments, funding access, and building trusted relationships with local stakeholders. It is a maximum term contract through 30 June 2027 and can be based in Cairns or Townsville by negotiation.
