About the Role
You’ll be working across a variety of residential projects, from custom new homes to renovations and extensions. This is a hands‑on role requiring someone who can confidently interpret plans, manage their own work, and consistently deliver high‑quality finishes.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a qualified carpenter.
- Strong experience in residential new builds and renovations.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans independently.
- High level of skill in detailed and finish carpentry.
- Able to work unsupervised while maintaining quality and productivity.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable, punctual, and qualified.
- White Card.
- Current driver’s licence and reliable transport.
- Own tools preferred.
Responsibilities
- All aspects ofdetailed carpentry work.
- Carry out all aspects of residential construction and renovation carpentry.
- Read and interpret architectural and construction drawings.
- Work independently while coordinating with site supervisors and other trades.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organised worksite.
- Deliver high‑quality workmanship that meets project deadlines.
