Wayss is seeking a Youth Development Worker to join our services for young people in Greater Dandenong and surrounding areas. You will report to the Team Leader – Services for Young People and operate with an Advantaged Thinking approach to support young people in crisis.

You will conduct assessments, deliver short to medium-term support, facilitate referrals, and advocate for young people while maintaining confidentiality and data accuracy.
