Country Road Group is seeking an Operations Manager for our Miranda stores. You will lead the engine room of our retail operation, ensuring end-to-end operational excellence, seamless stock flow, and a positive customer experience.

You will manage stock, loss prevention, daily banking, rosters, and safety, while partnering with retail management and VM to improve stockroom efficiency and presentation.
