Airfix Airconditioning is looking for an experienced Qualified Air Conditioning Technician to join our growing team.
We’re a locally owned Ballina business working across the Northern Rivers, specialising in residential and commercial installations, repairs and preventative maintenance. We’ve built our reputation around quality workmanship, honest advice and excellent customer service.
We’re looking for someone who takes pride in doing things properly, can confidently diagnose, repair and install air conditioning systems, and wants to be part of a company they can grow with.
What’s on offer:
$45–$50 per hour, based on experience

You’ll need relevant Australian trade qualifications, a current ARCtick Refrigerant Handling Licence and NSW Driver Licence. We’re looking for someone reliable and professional who can work independently, communicate well with customers, lead jobs and help mentor apprentices.
