Responsibilities:

- Monitorcontractualobligations,milestones,financialarrangementsandcounterpartyrequirements
- Interpretcomplexcontractualprovisionsandtranslatethemintoclearactionsandprocesses
- Maintainaccuratecontractrecords,registers,systemsandreporting
- Identifycontractual,financialandcomplianceissuesandensureappropriatefollow-upandescalation
- Coordinatewithexternalcounterpartiesandinternallegal,finance,commercialandgovernancestakeholders
- Produceclear,concisereportingandwrittenbriefings
- Contributetothecontinuousimprovementofcontractmanagementsystems,processesandgovernance.

Qualifications&experience;





Thereisnosingleprescribedcareerpathintothisposition.Relevantexperiencecouldcomefrombankingorinstitutionalfinancialservices,projectorinfrastructurefinance,structuredortradefinance,financialmarketsormiddle-officeoperations,PPPs,commercialoperations,governance,riskandcompliance,energyorinfrastructure.

Youwillideallybring:

- Experienceworkingwithcomplexcontractual,commercialorfinancialarrangements
- Strongfinancialacumenandtheabilitytounderstandfinancialprovisionswithincomplexagreements
- Experienceworkinginasophisticated,regulatedorhighlygovernedenvironment
- Exceptionalattentiontodetail,withastructuredandprocess-drivenapproach
- Confidenceworkingwithsystems,registers,controls,reportingandgovernanceprocesses
- Excellentwrittencommunicationandstakeholdermanagementskills,withthecredibilitytoengageseniorstakeholdersandchasecounterpartydeliverableswithoutdamagingrelationships
