We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join the corporate window film company in Sydney NSW. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in our business operations, providing accurate cost projections and technical assessments for window film installation projects. As an Estimator, you will be responsible for analysing project specifications, calculating material and labour costs, and preparing competitive quotations that drive our commercial growth. This role is integral to our success, bridging the gap between clients, project management, and our technical teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

- Conduct thorough assessments of drawings to understand client requirements and project scope
- Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for window film projects and sigange, including labour, materials, and equipment
- Analyses project specifications and drawings to determine quantities and specifications required
- Develop competitive quotations and proposals that align with company pricing strategies
- Liaise with clients to clarify project details, scope changes, and special requirements
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of material costs, supplier pricing, and market trends
- Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to ensure estimates are feasible and aligned with operational capabilities
- Track estimate accuracy against actual project costs to identify improvements and refine estimation processes
- Prepare tender documents and respond to client requests for quotations in a timely manner
- Maintain comprehensive records of all estimates and project documentation for audit and reference purposes

What we're looking for

- Proven experience as an Estimator within the construction industry, ideally with exposure to window film, glazing, or signage.
- Strong knowledge of construction estimating principles, practices,



and methodologies
- Proficiency in using estimating software and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards relevant to window film installation
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in construction estimating or a related field are advantageous
- Valid driver's licence for site visits and assessments (if required)
