The Imaging Administration Officer is responsible for delivering a broad range of administrative and support services across the Imaging Service, including Radiology, Vascular, and Nuclear Medicine. Working closely with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders, the role contributes to the efficient operation of the service by supporting senior managers, clinicians, and multidisciplinary teams.
As part of a collaborative administration team, there is an expectation that staff will rotate across various administration functions within Imaging Services to meet operational requirements and support service delivery.
A key focus of the role is providing professional, courteous, and patient-centred customer service. This includes welcoming patients and visitors, managing enquiries, coordinating administrative processes, and communicating information clearly, accurately, respectfully, and in a timely manner.

Ideal Candidate
- Demonstrated experience in providing administrative support with accurate data entry and word processing skills, along with a proven ability to operate efficiently while maintaining confidentiality and discretion in issue management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders.
