What you'll doThe End User Computing (EUC) team installs, maintains, and replaces hardware and operating systems across Windows environments using tools like Active Directory and SCCM. In this role, you will provide timely technical support, investigate incidents, and maintain enterprise service levels through effective troubleshooting and collaboration.
