Are you an experienced Business Process Analyst with a solid background in investment management or superannuation? We are seeking a collaborative and analytical professional to support the delivery of strategic transformation initiatives across an Investments Front and Middle Office setting.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping future operating models, improving business processes, and driving the successful adoption of change across a complex investment ecosystem.
About the Role
As a Business Process Analyst, you will work closely with senior change leaders, project delivery teams, and business stakeholders to analyse current-state processes, design future-state operating models, and support the implementation of strategic business change.
You will be responsible for documenting end-to-end business processes, assessing business impacts, identifying opportunities for improvement, and ensuring new ways of working are successfully embedded across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Analyse and document current and future-state business processes using process mapping tools.
Partner with project teams and business stakeholders to define target operating models.
Conduct business impact assessments and develop high-quality project artefacts, including process maps, impact assessments, procedures, and user guides.
Support the successful adoption of new operating models, business processes, and systems.
Engage and influence stakeholders across business and technology teams to support informed decision-making.
Translate complex process changes into clear,
concise documentation for senior leadership.
Identify potential risks and issues in process design and recommend practical solutions.
Collaborate within Agile project teams using tools such as Jira and Confluence.
About You
You will bring strong business process analysis skills combined with deep investment domain knowledge. You thrive in fast-paced transformation environments and are confident working with a wide range of stakeholders.
Strong experience within investment management or superannuation, particularly across Front and Middle Office operating models.
Demonstrated experience documenting end-to-end business processes and process mapping for technical change initiatives.
Experience supporting the implementation and adoption of new business processes, operating models, and systems.
Experience working in Agile delivery environments using tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to understand complex business functions and interdependencies.
Excellent communication, facilitation, stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage competing priorities, work under pressure, and deliver high-quality outcomes within deadlines.
