Serco is recruiting for a General Practitioner to join Simpson Health Centre at the Defence Force base near Melbourne, Victoria. This civilian role offers primary care in an occupational medicine setting, with predictable hours and CPD support.

The position supports Defence members with fitness-for-duty assessments, pre/post-deployment care, and chronic disease management, in a multidisciplinary team. Australian citizenship and Baseline clearance are required.
