Barwon Health is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to provide high-quality clinical pharmacy services across hospital settings. The role involves ward rounds, medication reconciliation, patient counselling and collaboration with medical, nursing and allied health teams to optimise patient outcomes.

This rotational role offers both full time or part-time hours, opportunities to support students and interns, and involvement in quality improvement and research within Barwon Health’s teaching hospital
