The Department of Health Tasmania seeks a dynamic Nurse Unit Manager (NUM) to lead Ward 7A’s transition to a dedicated Neurology and Stroke Unit at Royal Hobart Hospital. You will guide the two-bed expansion to four beds and drive workforce development, rostering, and staff engagement to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.

You will demonstrate robust leadership, change management, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to deliver excellent neurological care and clinical governance
