Victorian Aboriginal Health Service Preston VIC is seeking an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Project Officer/Counsellor. The role focuses on expanding the EAP service for VAHS staff and external clients, delivering counselling and ensuring program effectiveness.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma of Counselling or equivalent, demonstrates trauma-informed practice, and can engage external organisations while contributing to a multidisciplinary team.
