Linfox is seeking an experienced Shift Supervisor to oversee end-to-end site operations on shift. You will ensure resources are used effectively to meet demand and service requirements, working closely with the Site Manager and team leaders to drive safety outcomes, productivity and continuous improvement.
You will lead on-shift operations, manage labour and resources, coach staff, and maintain payroll and records while engaging with customers to support operational results.
