ZEDER is seeking a Customer Service Advisor for Fulcrum Suspensions Capalaba. You will deliver outstanding service at the front counter, via phone and email, while assisting with product enquiries, quotations, bookings, and service recommendations.
You will coordinate workshop bookings and liaise with the Store Manager and Technicians to ensure smooth daily operations. A background in automotive service and solid CRM/tool experience is preferred.
