We're looking for a reliable General Hand to join a busy manufacturing team in North Richmond. This is a physically demanding role where you'll be working alongside production operators, helping keep the production line moving and ensuring products are prepared safely and efficiently.

About the Role
Your duties will include:
Heavy lifting and manual handling throughout the shift
Loading, unloading and stacking materials
Feeding products into machinery
General labouring and production support
Keeping the work area clean and organised
Following all workplace health and safety procedures
This is a labour-intensive position and applicants must be comfortable with:
Repetitive heavy lifting throughout the shift
Frequent bending, twisting, reaching and carrying
Standing and walking for extended periods
Working in a quick-paced manufacturing environment
Completing physically demanding tasks safely and efficiently
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse or labouring roles is highly regarded
Physically fit and capable of repetitive heavy lifting
Reliable with excellent attendance
Positive attitude and willingness to work hard
Able to follow instructions and work well within a team
Strong commitment to workplace safety
Available to work permanent night shift
