Class A Jewellers is looking for a Showroom Manager to run the client experience in our Adelaide showroom. Class A is a family owned business that's been building a reputation for craftsmanship and genuine client care, and we're growing.
About the Role
This is a sales first role at the centre of a premium jewellery business. You'll be the one converting enquiries into sales, engagement rings, solitaire diamonds, bespoke pieces, and building the kind of client relationships that turn into repeat business for years.
Responsibilities
- Convert enquiries into sales.
- Engage with clients to build trust quickly.
- Close high value sales without being pushy.
- Take ownership of a growing VIP client portfolio.
- Use CRM data to stay on top of client history and preferences.
- Manage day to day showroom operations, including presentation and stock accuracy.
- Conduct fortnightly stocktakes.
- Work with our Operations Manager on rostering and coverage.
Qualifications
A background or qualification in gemology or retail management is helpful but not essential; what matters more is sales ability and how you make clients feel.
Required Skills
- Genuine luxury or premium retail sales experience.
- Track record of hitting targets in a consultative selling environment.
- Comfortable talking through diamonds, metals and design options with confidence.
- Weekend availability is necessary for this role, including Saturdays on a rotating roster.
