Contract – 12‑month initial term (maximum 12 months).
You will be responsible for delivering insightful reporting, improving data quality, and developing dashboards and automated solutions that empower leaders to make informed decisions.
Responsibilities
- Delivering regular and adhoc reporting, translating data into actionable insights
- Designing, building, and enhancing dashboards and visualisations (PowerBI or similar)
- Improving data integrity, governance and system outputs across P&C; systems
- Automating reporting processes using Excel, scripting or analytics tools
- Conducting data analysis on workforce trends, including remuneration and benefits
- Supporting key people initiatives such as annual salary reviews and reward programs
- Identifying data discrepancies and implementing solutions to improve data quality
- Contributing to system improvements, transformation initiatives and new projects
- Partnering with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver tailored insights
Qualifications
- 3+ years’ experience in data/reporting analytics, ideally within HR or People & Culture
- Strong experience with HR systems (preferably Workday) and workforce data
- Advanced Excel skills (macros highly regarded)
- Experience with PowerBI or similar analytics tools
- Exposure to automation, scripting or programming (e.g., Python (Pandas/Numpy), PowerShell)
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills
- High attention to detail and a proactive, solution‑focused mindset
- A natural curiosity and desire to continuously improve processes
