We are currentlyseeking a passionate and professional Fun Squad Assistant ServiceManager to join the team at our PCYC Broadbeach Fun Squad Service.As the Assistant Service Manager, you will support the Fun SquadService Manager to support team members and assist with dailyduties. Your New Role
You will support the Service Manager to lead and manage the service to ensure operationin line with government regulations, legislation, National QualityFramework and organisational requirements. A key focus of the roleis to support the Service Manager to build and maintain stakeholderrelationships to increase commitment to the PCYC brand,
whileinspiring a supportive culture of safety in line with PCYCQueensland values.We’re committed to fostering asupportive, respectful, and positive atmosphere where everyone iswelcome. About You
- MinimumCertificate III in childhood studies or other qualificationsrecognised by the regulatory authority AND working towards aDiploma in childhood studies or other qualifications recognisedby the regulatory authority
- Must hold one ofthe following child protection certificates: CHCPRT025 -Identify and report children and young people at risk,CHCPRT026 - Support the rights and safety of children and youngpeople, or CHCECE057 - Use collaborative practices to upholdchild protection principles
- Ability to leadand manage a multidisciplinary Fun Squad team
- Demonstratedknowledge of relevant legislation and regulations governing FunSquad operations
- Hold a Workingwith Children Check/Blue Card (or able to obtain)
- Hold a currentFirst Aid and CPR certificate (or able to obtain)
