We are looking for passionate, caring, and highly organised Catering Assistants (Kitchen Hand) to join our team on a Casual basis in Chipping Norton!

Working closely with the Executive Chef Manager you will be responsible for:

- The preparation and service of high-quality, nutritious meals for the residents on-site.
- Food preparation,



basic cooking, food presentation and plating, and food delivery/service to dining areas.
- Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that residents receive a warm welcome, individualised attention, and responsive service.
- Complying with all food and safety requirements as regulated and scheduled.
- Assisting with stock control, rotation of stock, and receipting deliveries.
- Contributing to a harmonious and cooperative team culture based on mutual respect and trust.

The successful applicants will display:

- A great attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
- A friendly personality to greet all residents and their families with a smile.
- Previous experience in food preparation within a commercial kitchen, preferably in an aged care or health services environment.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts AM/PM weekdays and weekends.
- Compliance with required Food and Safety Standards and relevant legislation.
- Good communication skills and a solid commitment to customer service excellence.
- Certificate III in Hospitality or equivalent qualification desirable.
