The Role

Working across a variety of commercial refrigeration sites, you will assist with and undertake refrigeration service, maintenance, fault-finding, repairs and installations.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting with the installation, servicing and repair of commercial refrigeration systems
- Performing preventative maintenance and scheduled servicing
- Diagnosing faults and assisting with refrigeration system troubleshooting
- Completing repairs professionally and efficiently
- Following all workplace health, safety and compliance requirements
- Communicating professionally with customers, supervisors and team members
- Completing service documentation accurately and on time
- Maintaining company tools, equipment and vehicles

About You

To be successful in this role, you will:

- Be currently completing the third or fourth year of your refrigeration apprenticeship




- Have a genuine interest in building a career in commercial refrigeration
- Have previous hands-on experience servicing or repairing refrigeration systems
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic, reliability and willingness to learn
- Have valuable fault-finding and problem-solving abilities
- Take pride in the quality of your work
- Be able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Communicate confidently and professionally with customers
- Be committed to workplace safety and industry standards
- Hold a current Australian driver’s licence
- Competitive hourly rate, negotiable based on experience and apprenticeship year
