Women's and Girls' Emergency Centre (WAGEC) seeks a Pathways Facilitator to deliver Strong Foundations, a trauma-informed housing pathways and life skills program for women in custody transitioning to community.

As a full time, Sydney-based role with travel across NSW correctional centres, you will lead group sessions, provide housing readiness support and work with correctional staff, housing providers and community services to improve reintegration outcomes.
